Bill Madden - Executive VP/COO

Bill Madden has 30 years of journalism, public relations, marketing and publishing experience. He comes to Focus Media, Inc., after serving as President and Founder of Madden Communications & Marketing, LLC, one of the premier public relations and marketing firms in the Hudson Valley.
The firm’s past and current client portfolio includes Ginsburg Development Companies, Provident Bank, KPMG, Better Homes & Gardens Rand Realty and United Water New York.
A graduate of Pearl River High School and St. Thomas Aquinas College, Bill started his career in 1979 as a sports reporter at The Journal News. In 1987, he was named Sports Editor of the newspaper and was elevated to Managing Editor in 1992. As managing editor, he directed a staff of 50 reporters, editors and photographers.
He was later promoted to a managing editor position for the 11 Gannett newspapers in Rockland, Westchester and Putnam counties and served as the No. 3 editor in charge of a staff of 275. In 1998, he was named the newspaper's Public Relations Director and was intensively involved in event marketing, community relations, corporate relations, branding initiatives, Web site programs and a wide variety of business development programs. He also directed the Gannett Foundation.
Bill left Gannett in March 2000 to accept a management position in KPMG’s national corporate communications department based in Montvale, N.J. He conceived and directed media relations, public relations and crisis communications initiatives on national and global levels.
Bill is a past chairman of Leadership Rockland and is currently on the board of directors for the United Way of Rockland, the Rockland chapter of the Salvation Army, the Rockland Business Association and the Stony Point Little League. He is also the chairman of the President’s Advisory Counsel at St. Thomas Aquinas College. He was inducted into the St. Thomas Aquinas College Alumni Hall of Fame in 2004.
Bill lives in Stony Point with his wife, Ginny, and three children, Erin, Brendan and Brian.
Tony Morino - VP of Client Services

Tony Morino joined Focus Media in the winter of 2007 as a Public Relations Strategist. In the fall of 2008 he was promoted from Senior Account Executive to Marketing Director and currently serves as Vice President of Client Services. Morino handles the day-to-day marketing needs of clients including Orange Regional Medical Center, Walden Savings Bank, Verticon LTD and The Misner Agency. His lead role at Focus Media has included the management of a commercial lending advertising campaign for Walden Savings Bank and a brand identity campaign for Ramapo Anesthesiologists, P.C. which required website development and the creation of collateral material.
Prior to joining Focus Media, Morino served as sports director at Time Warner Cable 6 News for eight years. During his tenure, the Cable 6 Sports Network was launched and included the continuation of high school football and basketball broadcasts along with the addition of Marist College Division One basketball and Hudson Valley Renegades minor league baseball broadcasts. Morino currently broadcasts for the Army football team.
Christina Lawrence - Senior Art Director

Christina Lawrence of Ellenville, N.Y., joined Focus Media as a graphic designer in October of 2007. Lawrence was promoted to art director in May of 2008. Lawrence is a senior member of the Focus Media creative department and oversees its internal operations and all conceptualization. She has produced some of Focus Media’s most recognizable creative works including Walden Savings Bank’s commercial lending campaign, all of Monticello Gaming & Raceway’s external advertising, and Ulster Federal Credit Union’s new headquarters grand opening launch during the summer of 2008.
Prior to joining Focus Media Lawrence was art director for Greystone Partners Advertising & PR in Poughkeepsie, where she was responsible for conceptualization and design for a wide range of projects. Her clients included Osram-Sylvania, Crystal Run Healthcare, Dutchess ARC, Dutchess County Chamber of Commerce, Finkelstein and Partners, and Walden Savings Bank, among others. Lawrence is a graduate of Ringling School of Art and Design in Sarasota, Fl., with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in graphic and interactive communication.
